Warranty

Every PGN Design watch has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery. If a covered defect shows up during that time, we resolve it free of charge, as Section 4 explains.

1. What the warranty covers

Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use, for example:

  • the movement stops or fails to keep time while the watch is used as instructed;
  • hands, crown, pushers, date or chronograph functions that do not work properly;
  • a clasp, bracelet pin or case part that fails without any impact or misuse.

2. What it does not cover

  • accidental damage, such as drops, knocks or crushing, including a cracked or chipped crystal;
  • normal wear, such as scratches, fading, and wear of the strap or bracelet;
  • water damage caused by using the watch beyond the water resistance stated on its product page, or with the crown or pushers not fully closed;
  • batteries, which are a consumable part;
  • damage caused by opening the case, or by repairs or modifications made by anyone other than us;
  • loss or theft.

Mechanical and automatic watches naturally run slightly fast or slow from day to day. That is normal for these movements and is not a defect on its own. If your watch gains or loses time far beyond that, or stops while worn every day, contact us.

3. How to make a claim

Email help@pgndesignclub.com or use our contact form with:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the problem;
  • photos or a short video that show it.

We reply within 1–2 business days. If we need the watch back to inspect it, we email you a prepaid label, so sending it costs you nothing.

4. What we do

If the defect is covered, we replace the watch with the same model. If that model is no longer available, you choose between a similar model and a refund of the price you paid. Shipping both ways is on us.

5. Within the first 45 days

During the first 45 days after delivery you can also simply return the watch under our Refund and Return Policy. If it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we send you a replacement of the same watch or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

6. Gifts

If the watch was a gift, the person who received it can claim under this warranty with the original order number.

7. Your rights under the law

This warranty is in addition to the rights the law gives you as a consumer, wherever you live, and never replaces them.
